I don't know why i'm even responding to this...there are far too many similar cases in which talent will settle out of court. This isn't necessarily an admission of guilt but an attempt to keep ones reputation or brand from damage. MJ was moneybags, that in itself is motive for false claims. I believe MJ realized the mistake he made with the first allegation so he rejected a settlement and the rest is subjective pending your bias.
As i mentioned, i choose to remember him in a different light...a light in which you may not understand and is far too complex to even attempt to explain within this forum...i have to remind myself that there are industry forums for such complexities.
