Before downgrading make the resen of the navi unit

1. Swith the ignition off, close all doors, open trunk
2. Wait till LED on the navi goes off
3. Dosconnect two jacks on the back of your navi
4. Wait 15-20 min
5. Connect jack again
6. Follow the procedure for navi SW downgrade/upgrade....
