I assumed about $1k, given how much the dealer will charge to purchase the Extended Warranty, which is pretty much what a CPO is.
The X5 that I'm looking at is not at Fremont.

Exactly my question, and why I raised this thread. The BMW dealer offers free carfax on their website, and this car is clean (3 year lease return, no accidents, local car [not from out of state]). Interestingly, this dealer has a couple of CPO X5s for sale, where the carfax shows accidents
I'm taking my wife to the dealer on Thursday to check it out in more detail. Wish me luck!
