I completely agree with you. Hell even if you wait just past Xmas the price will drop; not even a year. Plus these things are buggy and crash.

Furthermore, the only reason why right now it will be a better gaming machine than a high-end PC is because it uses a triple-core processor from IBM. Each UltraSparc is clocked at 1.2GHZ I think. It is strange how it's a triple-core, as opposed to a dual or quad core, as per the base 2 extension commonly used in computer sciences.
Oh well, better keep your PCs, wait till February for ATI's R580-based video card, and then whoop both XBox and nVidia 7800GTX arses!
