Very true.
I have to say that I love watching the morning news bulletin and seeing the reporters standing at the side of the M1 or the M25 with frankly nothing worse than a hard frost on the roads and it's a scene of complete gridlock.
Meanwhile in the Scottish highlands, after 6 feet of snow, life simply goes on.
