E53 X5 was designed by Frank Stephenson with Bangle overseeing it.

Bangle also oversaw designing of E90/91/92/93, E81/82, E87/88, E60/61, E63/64, E65/66, E70 and E71/72. Adrian van Hooydonk designed E65 7-series and E63 6-series.

Current E70 X5 is designed by Pierre Leclercq who also designed the X6( go shoot him)
