Too true.

All to often, states have to pretty much have to down to the overreaching Federal gov't that frankly, doesn't always have the ability to determine what's best for the various regions of the country. More and more often, it seems like the gov't puts down "one-size-fits-all" legislation that hurts individual states and their respective rights.

Oh well.
