I'm thinking to myself that this has to be staged (while holding my side from laughing), but nonetheless I will be bringing a laser pointer with me next time I park in the 9 story parking garage in New Orleans right by Bourbon St. It is right by where the drunkards and crackheads are walking to/from the bars etc.
