I just sold my '05 Cayenne. Seats were fine, though not remarkable. Better than the standard X5 seats, not as good as the comfort seats (in my opinion). No memory on the seats I had, which made sharing the car with the wife lame. Inflatable lumbar which I never used. They weren't nearly as bolstered as the X5 sport seats; but I had the sluggish V6 so that wasn't really something that my Cayenne needed.
