Not really, but nice bending of the context. Exactly how would he play in the NFL when in jail? Again, the NFL did nothing to him...so since a Federal imprisonment isn't justification for removal from duty for more than 3 months...Stallworth, and the Bengals should be in good shape  It's called a reinstatement because he was removed for 3 months....
