Guys I dont know if this is consider a future problem or not but even when I come to a complete stop as I am just about to stop fully the car sometime jerks ever so slightly forward. Is that common ?? Is it cause it kicking into 1st gear ?

Also there has been talks about transmissions and changing oils my mechanic said to leave it alone.

I have a 2004 X5 4.4L


Any insight would be helpfull seeing is I am new to the X5 world
