Well, the three women who were setting up that crate for them said they'd take the other to the humane society or the local pound (which is a no-kill pound) come Monday. With the holiday weekend, everything was closed yesterday.
We were looking at some rottie puppy pictures, and she looks a LOT like them except for the ears and schnouze. HOWEVER, we also saw a picture of a Pinscher/Beagle mix, and IT looks identical to this pup.
No matter. As PNG has stated, I like dogs better than most people. I'm sure she'll be a wonderful, loving, silly dog -- and you can never have enough of those.
