Since this was my 3rd & 4th BMW purchase, I demanded the cell phone number
. However, when I would use those digits and he didn't answer the phone, that made me want to

In fact, he once called me about 5 days after making the deal (the car was on order,) and left me a voicemail stating there was a problem and I needed to call him. I think I got a nose bleed instantly after hearing that message. He didn't call me back for a day and a half. I know I lost some hair on that day.
