It depends on the version of your navigation software, not the map disc. According to the chart in the link below perspective view was introduced with the V27 distribution disc.

If your software is already up to date to enable perspective view follow the following instructions:
- Go to the main menu and then settings. Press the menu button for about 10 seconds until a new menu appears.
- Check "Perspective". Voilá. Perspective mode is now available.
