So YOU are removing the bumpers and the body shop is doing the painting?? Why not save yourself the trouble and let them do everything? Can't be that much more  Anyhow here you go. Hope this helps... |

Well, even I don't like everything black, I am just getting the plastic pieces painted (with aero kit), nothing else...I'll post the pics in few days.
After reading the files, I guess its pretty easy to remove the bumpers and I'll let the body shop handle that portion...I don't want to smear my hands
