Do you have any supporting information or example posts you can reference here? This does not seem technically possible. Unless the TCU design has a serious defect, I can not see how Bluetooth communications could cause an electrical overheat in a device. (And even if it does have a serious defect, I still can not imagine that BT communications could cause overheating.)
