I haven't bought anything from Adorama in a long time, not since I was treated like crap at the store on 18th st. I've got a pretty thick skin and it takes a lot to seriously piss me off, but the sales guy at Adorama that I dealt with one afternoon did a great job of it, and that was my last interaction with them. When I call a store, am told that they have what I'm looking for and that they'll hold it for me (from the time I hung up the phone to the time i showed up at the store was 30 minutes max) and then not only do they not hold it for me but don't have it in stock and THEN give me attitude when I show up to buy it, well,
The only reason I suggested Adorama to Greg was because they were the only store I could find that still had them new. Who knows, maybe they're changing their attitudes, as it seems with Helen scouring web forums for mentions of Adorama and offering assistance
