I usually try to stay out of these type of topics on forums but here goes my $.02.

What Vick did was completely wrong, and there is NO EXCUSE. I understand what may have caused him to do it but it is still ABSOLUTLEY WRONG.

He should be allowed back and given the opportunity to work his chosen profession again. Now if he had a job where he was responsible for animals or other animal welfare issues he should not be allowed to do that because of the crime he commited.

No matter how disgusting the act according to our "wonderful" justice system he served his penalty and should be given his 2nd chance at rehabilitaion.

These statements are coming from an "animal lover" who works very closely with animals on a daily basis for my job.
