X5rolls is on a distinguished road
I have approx 22k miles on Latitudes - They are a decent mix (all season) between dry/wet warm weather handling and winter use. 275/40R20's and 315/35R20's. They were very quiet in the beginning and starting to make more noise on the highway but not a significant amount. Probably 30%-35% tread remaining although the rears are worn a little more in the center due to higher winter pressure needed to keep my TPMS from lighting up.

Are your Conti's wearing evenly or are you seeing uneven wear that might account for increased road-noise? If so, an alignment would help keep the wear more even prolong or eliminate most of the road noise past a normal amount. Do you like to push your X around turns frequently or drive gently as a rule? If the latter, the MXV4 is my recommendation.

Good luck
