Your car is programmed to your existing TPMs. If you are changing the TPMs, you'll need to program the car to communicate to the new TPMs. This can be done by the dealer, but I am afraid they'll charge you a lot.
Another option is to go to an independent tire shop and ask them to program the TPMs. Most of the good tire shops these days have the necessary hardware to do this. This is the cheapest and best option.
