I got a letter in mail from BMW last night about special .9% financing and a sales event at local dealer; plus all the hoo ha about $4,500 off. This a.m. I dropped the 325 off for service and there was probably 1/3 the new cars on the lot; I was shocked. 1 X6, 3 new X5's and a handful of 3's. When I asked about it the sales person was chuckling over having a sales event and having no cars to sell. Economy has hit hard. They have 1 X35d on the lot which I may look at but boy what a sign of the times! And I really don't want a car payment since my current X is paid for...
