Hey everyone, I'm thinking about getting a small dog; possibly a welsh corgi. They aren't teacup small, but are not too big for my house either. I'm up for other suggestions as well. However, I don't know if I should adopt or get a puppy from a breeder . I live in Brooklyn, NY (if that helps).
