Did a brief research on audible, and on epinions, it was somewhere like 2.5 stars average rating which was not a good sign IMO.

I have been a customer of Audible for many years (since at least 2005). I have found their service to be excellent. A couple of times I have had glitches (usually changing to a new device), and when I called their CS, they fixed the glitch immediately. The software has improved over the years, as well. Since I am now downloading to an iPod, they integrate into iTunes, which is nice. If they asked me, I would give Audible 5 stars.
