The tips and skid plate are OEM. Here are the tips I got.
BMW X5 4.4 EXHAUST TIPS SET OF 4 OEM E53:eBay Motors (item 160355916592 end time Sep-13-09 15:16:22 PDT). They are for a 4.4.
You have to hunt around for the best price on the skid plate.
