best part about the program is the $3500/$4500 is considered "income" and all participatants have now increased their overall "income" by that amount AND WILL BE TAXED. meaning everyone must cough up at least another $500-$800 in Fed & State & city taxes. "The Lord giveth, and The Lord taketh away"
