OK. Been there, done that...3 times!

Had the dealer install them, checked that very issue before I took the vehicle home, they said it would be replaced. Try #2, problem was still there, claimed they were bad as well. On the third time, fixed, and shy of jumping on them, it seems to be a lot better. It requires a lot of finger pressure to even press them in a little.

Unfortunately, I do not know if it was a part problem or an install problem
