BMW electronics technology is usually behind the competitors. Right now you can get more advanced features on a 2010 Ford Taurus than on a 2010 BMW X5. But I do get some excitement when BMW catches up so that you don't have to give-up too much of the electronic features to get the BMW handling and luxury.
