...my question would be why does each Admin, in the past few
decades, feel the need/obligation to line the personnel count with a
myriad of bs titles/"offices"/directors and their flunkies? Of which,
nothing is gonna happen/be created by another typical window dressing,
feel good gov't head group: the Council of Environmental Quality. Which
was created by the genius Congress, back in '69. These kinds of groups,
mandated by law and turned into self-serving, gilded edged bureaucracies
could not effect real & substantive environmental efforts if they had
John Muir and Teddy Roosevelt leading the group. Gov't bs...
And, Van: you oughta take a stroll through DC or, any "city" bigger than
a village and observe the typical toughs on the corner, of all colors.
What a phony punque, imo, and a hollow process.
