As for clean up, (being the modern, romantic man I am ),
I clear the table, hose the dishes & silverware, stuff'em in
the dishwasher, and soak the pots&pans if there were any.

It takes about 5 mins, I get to be OC, and Lysol down
the counter top/sinks, too. V sits on the deck and have a
glass of post dindin wine. Not a big project...
