How were the rotors shipped? Any protective coating on the friction surface that you had to remove? What is the surface finish like on a PBR rotor?

Did you install the anti-vibration clips properly?

Did you clean up the slides on the calipers where they contact the pads?

I wouldn't put high temperature grease on the back of the pad, just on the ears where they contact the caliper. If you mean the goop that sets, it is designed for the back of the pad (works as an insulator) but doesn't go on the ears.

Have you done many brake jobs previously?

It had pretective film,i used brake cleaner to clean it of. Rotors looked fine to me. It is my first brake job on BMW,i did on my Lexus before. I didn't clean caliper,as it was pretty clean. It is PBR cerramic prake pads, and they loud and squeal :-( Should i return rotors and buy new set?
