If you lift up on the leather covering around the handle you will see 2 nuts poking out on the bottom of the e-brake handle. Pull the handle up a few clicks (what would be normal) then tighten the nuts equally with a deep socket, a little at a time. (you will feel tension being put on them) and periodically check the e-brake feel by letting it down and pulling it back up. You want to end up with about 3-4 clicks when it is tight, but not tighter because you don't want them to be dragging while driving causing them to wear.
