Easy mate, we are not here to do your beck and call....show some manners.

You need to use a program called mode2_convertor.

Unzip a normal v32, and open with ultraiso (or similar), then drag and drop the contents of the zip file on to you desktop (or v32 dir), then open mode2_convertor then drag and drop all the files from the DT or v32 dir and them make, this will make a mode2 from a mode1.
