If you plan on staying in the house long term than do the porcelain tile. They are best suited for cold temps and long lasting. Use T metal at concrete joints to avoid cracks. Epoxy has to be redone every few years. Prep work is most important for epoxy. If prep is not done properly, it will be short lived.
