I've just ordered the new laser (SF-HD4), so I'm gonna try change that first.

Unfortunately I was stupid enough to buy an untested unit, and the seller refuse to take it back, so I'll just play around with this one a little bit and see if i can get it working. If not I guess I'll have to order a new one again.

Can you please PM me how much you will charge to do the re-flashing of the unit if it comes to that stage...
It will cost me about USD73 to ship it to Australia, and probably the same back again (doesn't differ much from sending it to Germany), so I might just consider that..
