I did get a reckless driving. I wish I could simply pay the ticket but I received a court date and nothing else. I'm not trying to say I'm in the right here, but it's a blurry situation. The motorcyclist was speeding and not paying attention, if he had been he would have seen the other driver waving me on from far away and accommodated my pass.

Also I did speak to my attorney who recommended I go alone and explain my side. He doesn't seem to think it's a big deal, being that it's my first citation of this sort and I have a clean driving record.
