I hear you...no barrister nor cop fan, but cops can sort of exceed the speed limit
when they want to/can. Yes, he probably wasn't paying attention. None of us knows
the visual situation at the time. I am glad you didn't run the m'cyclist off the road
or T-bone him, cop or plain citizen. The CT reckless driving law(s) and interpertations
