I would certainly debate the term "good" on these headlights... take a read at this thread and you'll find there is no definitive answer to how "good" these lights are

Lastly... if the CCFL halo's costs $50 that people have spoken
very highly of, why would I get $250 headlights that people have found very debatable?
GOOD plug and play headlights, if you've seen richirich's, costs A LOT more than $250
