If you have the standard rear seats the back of the center headrest is also the rear seat cup holder. AFAIK the center headrest is integral to the flip down arm rest. So I
suspect that the only way to remove the center headrest is to remove the center arm rest at the hinge. Note: I have not done this. I'm just speculating.
