I just figured out why I wouldn't buy from this seller, I'll quote from his shipping/return policy:

APO, FPO, and all international orders require money order & additional shipping. Call for rates before bidding. Payment by phone with Visa, Mastercard, Discover, Paypal or money order. CONFIRMED ADDRESS ONLY. We DO NOT give out tracking numbers. All orders received within 14 days, UPS. NO returns after 30 days, min. $35 restocking fee. Customer responsible for returns undamaged, new condition. Shipping non-refunded. Mounted wheels/tires are NOT returnable. Check your order.

Restocking fees are bulls*%t.
