"Pulled the trigger" - ordered the new "Bi-Turbo oil burner"! I managerd to get it for $750 over dealer invoice plus $850 "Destination charge", $400 "MACO", $180 "Training Service Fee". The $4500 "Eco Credit" was deducted after sales tax. Hardly a surprise in California! Delivery in about 8 weeks. Thanks to all for the information and help.
