I took delivery of my X5d on Sept 8. Yes, you still pay $825 delivery but the PCD program is free once you get there. However, you will have to make arrangements and pay extra to have the car delivered to your dealer if you don't want to drive it away yourself after PCD.

P.S. - it's great, you should definitely do it. The track and off road course are fun and highly educational - get to REALLY know the X5 before climbing into your new car. The factory and museum tour are perks.
