SANguru: You are absolutley right, every air filter can run the risk of having the MAF ruined.

Excellent idea. I did that for a lot of my parts on my old LS400. Didn't matter because I didn't have a warrenty anyways

All the companies I was talking too are off Saturday and Sunday. I'll get back on the issue on Monday. The general response I'm recieving is that the prices they'll do, they might not be able to post publically because AFE might not let them be a distributor anymore
