Anyone knows how the auto soft close work? I have TIS and it refers to the striker (the one with 2 bolts on left and right) on the lower lid that meets the latch as the soft auto close system, not the latch itself.

The reason I ask is it makes noise during soft closing, like something is being squeezed.
