My first 3 months on the base was taking evening classes, so my mornings and nights were spent on the beach in the mornings and the clubs/cruising the strip in the evenings. I didn't drink back then, so I was always the good guy to have around. Besides the heat, I miss those days and its a great area. Vacation town, hotels lining the water front, clubs and shops lining the other side, new girls visiting EVERY weekend...jesus christ, oh the stories I could tell.
