Helluva list and reading assignment, ...

Not sure why "90k miles" is some tipping point for
"service", but if it was mine, I would consider:
-trans case/diff fluid change,(I wouldn't touch the auto trans)
-water pump; (yours appears to be orig.)
-belt replacement while getting water pump replaced; I see you
had that done, but worth a look.
-coolant reservoir inspection, inc. fittings. I assume your car doesn't
eat coolant.
-the hoses that connect to oil separator, (esp. living in ID
winters)
-plugs appear to be orig., so if keeping it for awhile it could
not hurt.
-I have a manual trans, so can offer no opin on what sounds
like niggling auto trans situation(s)
-I would thoroughly wipe off/clean the "oil on engine cover"
and keep a sharp eye for any return.
-you have 3k miles on an oil change; w/proper weight oil, I
would feel comfortable going through winter, but some people
like very short change periods.

Not trying to spend your dough; just my 50cts, and I would get it
all done at an Indie or some of it DIY.
