I would think that it would add some value but not the full value. I know that at the end of your purchase time you can have your vehicle declared a certified preowned and pay $2500. The would be the additional 2 years and mileage in the warranty. The maintenance agreement is now selling at my local dealerships for $1600. I think this is due to the economy and trying to sell more of them.

Depending on the in-service date on the vehicle will determine how much time you really have but you would have about 41k in mileage, as stated by BMWvoid. In order to see if this is worth anything extra I would see when the last service was done, check the indicator bars to see where they are at and also find out when the brakes where last done. I have had my brakes replaced twice under my original warranty...maybe due to my driving habits...or maybe not and am glad I have the extra maintenance in case I need another set in the next couple of years. Hope you find this helpful!
