Looks really nice and clean. The accident would concern me. You never really know the extent of the damage. I get work done on my RX7 at a specialty shop that is surrounded by body shops. All these guys do is fixed damaged cars and resell. Bent frames the whole nine yards.

The warranty is a big plus. I had issues with leaking valve cover gaskets when I bought my X5. I couldn't tell until I changed the plugs. The two plugs in the back were covered in engine oil. Exhaust smoked a little because of that. I would assume this type of thing would be covered under the warranty, but seems like a common issue.
