New here so hello to all.
We have a 3.0d xdrive m sport on order which comes early next month. Managed to get a very good deal on a new car with our 2006 e53 3.0d sport going in against it. In the UK bmw were offering a £3000 incentive and ontop of that I got an additional £5000 off. I also made sure it has the updated idrive system which it does so that is a bonus.
I have been given a set of winter tyres that came off a e53 with 20" yspokes, they are from a personal friend and have hardly been used but when I looked at the sizes they are all 295/40/20. I know for a fact he has used them on his old e53 but am i okay to use them on the e70 as I thought the standard tyre size supplied on the fronts is something like 285/45/20 and the rears are 315/35/20.
Any help from winter specialists would be appreciated.
