Thanks again Art, looking at the gunge build-up in and around the inlets/outlets of the separator it'll be simpler and more effective (I dont know if its working properly or not) to just fit a new one.

Though looking at the posts regarding the replacement of the O.S it would seem its not the easiest of tasks, but I'm going to do it anyway.

And as you say, I'll already have my hands dirty!!
