I didn't say get the cheapest NGK's, I just said get the Iridium plugs at your local parts store instead of the stealerships. Even if they only last half as long (50k vs 80-100k), its still 1/3 the price and they're supposed a better performing plug as opposed to be a long termer. You should still have spent around $60 for 8 plugs, so how you got away w/ $20 is questionable. Hopefully no other rubber lines broke, even hairline cracks can cause all kinds of related issues to misfire, poor idle, etc. Either way, congrats you got it running and keep us posted.
